Poor old Freyja got bitten by a dog on Sunday afternoon so yesterday we had our first experience of the Swiss health service as she needed a tetanus shot. She´s understandably feeling a bit sorry for herself, and also very sorry that we had to report the dog as she knows its owner - the girl upstairs. I had to call on all my kennarapartý charades experience in order to explain the situation at the school office - not too embarrassing though as at least we could point at the wound. Jói had a much worse time at a newsagents in Geneva during rush hour trying to mime that he needed some pipecleaners.
