Well, a bit of a routine is finally beginning to develop. Thomas now has football club after school on Mondays and drama club on Wednesdays. Freyja has her performing arts class on Saturday mornings and has a trial flute lesson tomorrow - with a teacher in France! If all goes well she´ll have lessons after school on Fridays. My day begins by taking Jói to the station at 6:50am so he can catch his train to Geneva, then I go back and wake Freyja and Thomas and get them ready for school. We leave at 7:30am and wake Bái on our way out so he can catch his bus at 8am. Back at the house at 9am, I then have a couple of hours to have my own breakfast and go in the shower, tidy up a bit etc then leave to get Thomas at 11:15. After his marathon lunch break I take him back to school for 2pm, and have an hour to pop to the shops before picking Freyja up from her school at 3pm, and Thomas again at 3:30pm. Back by 4pm, Bái back at 5pm, start making the dinner then pick up Jói from the station at 6:30pm unless he´s working late, have dinner, clear up, help the kids with their homework (all in French, so I have to sit with a dictionary and translate it before I can explain it to them)and we all fall asleep at 8:30pm!
They started harvesting the grapes in our village today and bringing the cows - complete with bells - down from the Alps at the weekend. We didn´t go to watch though as we were too busy buying a bunny!
